Designs and delivers onboarding and ongoing training for customs operations; creates and updates learning materials; coaches and mentors associates; partners with leaders to close performance gaps; measures training impact and continuously improves programs to drive accuracy, compliance, productivity, and career development.

Manage day-to-day client trade compliance and transactional auditing, execute and audit customs entries, maintain client databases and work instructions, coach release team members, ensure compliance with US Customs, PGA requirements, tariff classification, and provide client support.

Classify goods to correct HS codes, manage pre- and post-release processes, perform high-volume post-release audits, mentor team members, handle client inquiries, maintain databases and SOPs, process various shipment releases, prepare PGA forms and corrections, and support managers in client meetings.

Provide day-to-day client care and transactional audit of released shipments, execute accurate customs entries, maintain client databases and work instructions, research CBP/PGA regulations, and coach team members while liaising with carriers, vendors, Customs, and clients.
