Support marketing communications for UPMC hospitals and services. Assist in planning, developing, launching, and evaluating print, digital, and social campaigns; manage varied marketing projects; liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff; and perform occasional local travel. Hybrid role reporting to Director of Marketing and Communications.

Lead client relationships and agency teams to deliver advertising strategies, grow existing accounts, and win new business. Qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and pitches, manage sales pipeline, coordinate RFP responses, and maintain market visibility through networking and community involvement to drive agency revenue.

Lead development and execution of integrated social media programs across multiple sectors. Create strategies, editorial calendars, influencer partnerships, community management, paid-social collaboration, and analytics-driven reporting. Serve as day-to-day client contact, present strategy, support crisis and reputation management, and collaborate with creative and paid teams to meet business objectives.
