Manage and review federal, state, and local tax returns; provide tax planning and consulting; oversee client relationships; supervise and develop tax staff; manage engagement budgets, staffing, deadlines, and profitability; and support business development. The role serves diverse businesses, individuals, partnerships, trusts, S corporations, and nonprofits while ensuring quality, accuracy, timely delivery, and strong client service.

Support UPMC-focused marketing campaigns by planning, developing, launching, and evaluating print, digital, and social promotions. Manage multiple marketing projects, write and edit content, translate medical information for lay audiences, collaborate across teams, and assist managers to increase patient volume and meet business objectives.

Supports creative projects by producing high-quality visual assets across media, executing designs from concept to completion, assisting production and ad resizing, managing vendors, and ensuring work meets objectives, budgets, and deadlines under Creative Director supervision.
