Manages complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Getty’s 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games planning. Partners with senior leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, and external partners to align projects with institutional goals, ensure timely delivery, and maximize impact within budget.

Manage Getty’s nonprofit tax function, including federal, state, and local filings; tax provisions and deferred tax reporting; UBIT guidance; audits; multi-state compliance; and tax matters related to private equity investments. Lead a small tax team, collaborate with finance, legal, investment, and operations stakeholders, advise leadership on regulatory changes, and improve tax processes and internal controls.

Develop and maintain Getty.edu and related digital experiences. Responsibilities include integrating internal CMS APIs, building Backend-for-Frontend services, developing performant Vue.js applications, supporting real-time workflows, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, improving development processes, and collaborating with UX, design, and product teams. The role also involves testing, code reviews, accessibility, technical direction, and reducing technical debt.

Leads change management for major digital initiatives, developing adoption strategies, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, risk mitigation, and success metrics. The role supports Microsoft 365 modernization and visitor experience projects, coaches project teams and junior staff, advises senior leaders, and builds organizational change management capability.

Develop and maintain Getty.edu and related digital experiences using Vue.js and modern JavaScript. Build CMS integrations, reusable accessible components, design token systems, and scalable frontend and backend features. Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, technical design, code reviews, and software development best practices while collaborating with designers, UX researchers, architects, and stakeholders.

Leads a one-year enterprise electronic records management discovery project for the Getty Research Institute. Responsibilities include assessing current systems and workflows, engaging stakeholders, identifying risks and compliance gaps, developing policies and retention schedules, defining functional requirements, managing project plans and risks, and producing recommendations, a final report, and roadmap. The role may supervise others and requires archival expertise, project management, stakeholder facilitation, and limited warehouse-related physical work.

Supports roadmap development and delivery for Getty research applications. Translates researcher and organizational needs into product requirements, user stories, and functional documentation; collaborates with engineering, design, and stakeholders; synthesizes user research and usage data; supports system configuration, testing, data quality, interoperability, documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role works with cultural heritage data and contributes to prioritization, risk tracking, and IT service management practices.

Manages complex, cross-functional IT projects from discovery through implementation, including digital signage, fundraising systems, and web application initiatives. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, governance, vendor and contract management, budgeting, risk mitigation, change management, stakeholder communication, documentation, and post-project evaluation. The role manages multiple interdependent projects and collaborates with engineers, system administrators, project leads, vendors, and senior leadership in a hybrid Getty campus environment.
