Perform technical pre-sales activities including demos, POCs, onboarding, training, and Tier-1 support. Hire and develop Product Managers, champion safety and trust, guide AI-powered consumer features, and partner with R&D, Commercial, and Marketing. Build expertise in transportation economics, align stakeholders, and scale product operating practices across international markets.

Perform deep-dive quantitative analyses, evaluate ML models and A/B tests, design experiments, define metrics, forecast and segment user behavior, and translate findings into product recommendations and stakeholder presentations.

Own end-to-end billing platform areas including accounting core, settlement, reconciliation, and migration to a unified system. Define roadmap, PRDs, lead migrations, design ledger/event models, partner with engineering and finance, and measure billing accuracy, disputes, timeliness, manual touches, and revenue leakage.

Lead end-to-end cross-organizational software R&D projects, drive Agile and AI tool adoption, coach teams on continuous improvement, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.

Provide frontline service to customers requiring taxi services at the Israeli airport, focusing on strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Manage end-to-end B2B invoicing and collections, execute charge processes and customer follow-ups, perform bank and customer reconciliations, support month-end closing and cut-off accounts, and assist implementing new finance tools and workflows.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce and business applications work: manage projects, own system health, configure and automate processes, implement AI-driven workflows, integrate via APIs and iPaaS, and mentor junior team members to drive innovation and scalability.
