Set vision, roadmap, KPIs, and delivery plans; use research, data, SQL, AI tools, and A/B testing to improve fulfillment, ETA, utilization, earnings, and margin. Lead discovery, launches, rollouts, and iteration while aligning Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience teams across markets.

Own the end-to-end Rider app experience across iOS and Android, from discovery and research through launch and iteration. Drive product vision, roadmap, conversion, retention, and growth using data and user insights. Collaborate with design, engineering, AI, data, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable mobility products, including AI-powered personalization and support capabilities.

Lead end-to-end cross-organizational software R&D projects, drive Agile and AI tool adoption, coach teams on continuous improvement, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
