Lead and scale Claims and Customer Support operations for the German market (60–70 employees). Own operational KPIs and customer experience, manage leadership team, drive performance, workforce planning, process improvements, cross-functional and external partner coordination, and lead change initiatives in collaboration with Strategic Operations.

Lead getolo's Data & Analytics strategy to drive business impact, build analytics and data-platform capabilities, enable data-driven growth and marketing measurement, and align analytics with executive priorities across functions.

Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance conversations, conflict resolution, mediations, organizational changes, and leadership development. Translate engagement insights into actions, ensure consistent People processes, and collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to improve employee experience.
