Lead and professionalize the global Finance function across planning, forecasting, controlling, accounting, treasury, payroll, tax, reporting, and operations. Manage and develop the Finance team, establish scalable processes and governance, provide strategic insights to leadership and shareholders, oversee compliance and audits, and drive automation, data quality, and finance systems improvements across international markets.

Manage day-to-day data protection, contract, insurance-regulatory, and governance matters across a European business. Responsibilities include GDPR compliance, DPA negotiation, data subject rights, risk assessments, AI governance, regulatory monitoring, audits, commercial contracts, cross-functional projects, and legal technology implementation. The role partners with product, engineering, corporate functions, and business teams to improve compliance processes and operational workflows.

Provides day-to-day support on data protection, contracts, insurance regulation, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and governance initiatives across European operations. Handles DPAs, data subject requests, RoPA documentation, AI risk assessments, commercial contracts, audits, and regulatory developments. Partners with business, product, engineering, and legal stakeholders to implement compliance processes, legal technology, and workflow improvements.

Lead the company-wide Strategic Partnerships function across multiple insurance brands. Own partnerships from opportunity identification and business-case development through negotiation, launch, performance management, expansion, and exit. Build and manage a team, establish scalable CRM and governance processes, develop distribution and embedded-insurance partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional prioritization. The role requires strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, entrepreneurial execution, and fluency in English and German.
