Teams at getolo

Lead and scale Claims and Customer Support operations for the German market (60–70 employees). Own operational KPIs and customer experience, manage leadership team, drive performance, workforce planning, process improvements, cross-functional and external partner coordination, and lead change initiatives in collaboration with Strategic Operations.

Partner with leaders on employee relations, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, organizational change, and leadership development. Facilitate mediations, translate feedback into actions, ensure consistent People policies, and collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to improve processes and employee experience. Conduct work in German and English.

Lead getolo's Data & Analytics strategy to drive business impact, build analytics and data-platform capabilities, enable data-driven growth and marketing measurement, and align analytics with executive priorities across functions.
