Lead marketing strategy for multiple product portfolios, develop integrated go-to-market plans, translate research and performance data into strategic recommendations, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage complex initiatives and vendor partners, establish success measures, and present insights to senior leadership to inform prioritization and growth.

Lead and manage the Spokane commercial lending team, oversee commercial loan underwriting, portfolio performance, business development, and compliance with lending policies. Supervise staff, set production goals, prepare credit requests, control delinquencies, and cross-sell deposit and cash management products while participating in leadership and community activities.

Support execution of the enterprise risk management program by conducting risk assessments, maintaining risk registers and KRIs, performing risk analysis, supporting RCSAs and third-party risk processes, preparing risk reports, tracking remediation, and coordinating with IT, security, and business units to embed risk awareness and prepare for regulatory exams.
