Leads branch operations across at least four market areas, overseeing Branch Market Managers and branch teams. Responsibilities include coaching and development, member service and sales performance, staffing, budgeting, compliance, risk mitigation, operational reporting, community partnerships, Salesforce adoption, and facility oversight. The role spends at least 60% of the work week supporting market and branch teams and serves as backup for the VP of Branches.

The role spends at least 60% of the work week supporting branches in assigned markets and requires regular travel.

Owns the technical lifecycle of assigned products, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements documentation, Agile delivery, vendor coordination, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and upgrades. Collaborates with business owners, developers, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver valuable product outcomes. Uses user feedback, operational metrics, and product success measures to guide prioritization, improve performance, and maintain product health.
