Teams at Gesa Credit Union

Handles member and internal inquiries, account administration, ACH processing, cash letter files, general ledger transactions, audits, reports, document retention, and exception research. Ensures accurate and timely processing while meeting service-level agreements, protecting sensitive information, complying with BSA requirements, and identifying process improvements. Provides professional member service and collaborates with leadership and internal departments.

Develops community partnerships, outreach plans, financial education programs, sponsorships, and external events for a credit union. Oversees high school branch support, coordinates vendors and volunteers, creates marketing and social media content, tracks campaign performance and budgets, represents the credit union at community events, and strengthens brand awareness and business referrals across assigned markets.

Performs general ledger and subsidiary account reconciliation, journal entries, accounts payable, financial reporting, month-end and quarter-end close activities, budgeting, wire transfer administration, and vendor financial due diligence. The role researches discrepancies, maintains accounting records, supports regulatory compliance and investment processes, coordinates with departments, and provides accounting assistance across the credit union.
