Coordinates student placement, enrollment, and legal compliance for special education programs. Reviews IEPs and student records, manages enrollment contracts and notices, maintains audit-ready files, tracks deadlines, supports hearings and placement agreements, and collaborates with admissions, school leaders, districts, attorneys, advocates, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant placements.

Provides day-to-day HR support, answers employee questions, conducts orientations, maintains employee and benefits records, manages attendance data, supports HRIS processes, processes employment verifications, prepares reports, audits data, and coordinates onboarding documentation. The role also supports benefits administration and requires discretion with confidential information, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic school environment.

Lead a year-round specialized school serving students with autism and varying abilities. Oversee academic programs, individualized education plans, staffing, scheduling, budgets, compliance, and school-wide operations. Use data to monitor student progress and improve outcomes, recruit and develop staff, foster a safe and inclusive culture, collaborate with families and professionals, and represent the school in community and regulatory settings. The role also requires supporting student safety, including physical intervention when necessary.
