Supports teachers in educating students with autism and academic, behavioral, or social deficits. Duties include adapting lessons, implementing IEPs and behavior plans, recording progress, administering assessments, collaborating with therapists and specialists, promoting safety and social development, and assisting with personal care, meals, classroom organization, and behavioral escalations. The role requires participation in training, meetings, school activities, and occasional schedule extensions.

Provides organization-wide strategic leadership for Committee on Special Education services. Oversees compliant, family-centered program delivery, educational quality, student outcomes, operational efficiency, budgets, workforce planning, district partnerships, regulatory readiness, and multidisciplinary team performance. Leads continuous improvement, talent development, growth initiatives, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with special education requirements and organizational goals.

Provides nursing care for students in a Bronx autism school, including assessments, first aid, medication administration, screenings, emergency and individual health plans, confidential records, family communication, referrals, counseling, and collaboration with school staff and healthcare agencies. Requires supporting students with special healthcare needs, responding to safety or behavioral incidents, and occasionally lifting or physically assisting students. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders across multiple school locations. Manage employee relations, investigations, accommodations, terminations, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, retention, engagement, training, and process improvements. Partner with site leadership, ensure consistent HR practices, support employment-law compliance, and promote inclusion, professional development, and organizational growth in a hands-on, multi-site environment.

Assists the Principal with school administration, instructional oversight, staff supervision, scheduling, compliance, student discipline, and family engagement. The role supports special education programming for students with autism, monitors student progress, contributes to IEP and annual review processes, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and promotes positive behavioral and social-emotional outcomes. It also requires physical intervention capabilities, crisis response, and participation in professional development and school improvement initiatives.

Monitor and patrol school premises, control building access, maintain visitor records, respond to emergencies, document incidents, support safe student dismissal and transportation transitions, and assist with sensitive situations. The role requires maintaining a visible security presence, securing access points, supporting safety training, and physically assisting or intervening during behavioral escalations when necessary.

Provides advanced Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, cloud systems, and endpoint security. Escalates complex issues, administers enterprise systems, investigates security alerts, maintains documentation and IT assets, supports infrastructure upgrades and new-site deployments, and coordinates with vendors. The role is primarily based in Brooklyn with travel to other New York campuses and occasional after-hours support.

Responsibilities include supervising multidisciplinary clinicians, setting clinical standards, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance, evaluating interventions and outcomes, integrating services with educational programs, managing budgets and staffing, developing protocols, overseeing professional development, and coordinating with external providers. The role requires regular travel between program sites and occasional physical intervention to ensure student safety.
