Provides classroom instruction and individualized curricular support to students with autism and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a head teacher and BCBA. Collects student progress data, supports Applied Behavior Analysis programs, collaborates with the educational team, and promotes academic, social, and emotional development in a specialized school setting.

Supports teachers in educating students with autism and academic, behavioral, and social needs. Responsibilities include adapting lessons, implementing IEPs and behavior plans, tracking progress, maintaining records, supervising students, assisting with hygiene and safety, collaborating with therapists and families, and supporting classroom cleanliness and daily operations. The role requires physical intervention when necessary, lifting students, and working effectively in a dynamic school environment.
