Support high-volume hourly manufacturing hiring by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and onboarding, maintaining ATS records, coordinating with plant leadership and community partners, and reporting hiring metrics to ensure efficient candidate experience.

Manage order scheduling, planning, and execution; communicate with customers and internal teams; maintain master data in MES/SAP; initiate services and procure materials; support complaints, batch tracing, inventories, and forecasts.

The Operator is responsible for overseeing the production process, controlling product quality, and maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety standards while participating actively in team tasks.
