Supervise quality control personnel, workforce planning, audits, deviations, customer complaints, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal requirements, SOPs, and occupational safety regulations. Lead staff development, prepare reports, provide training, support CAPEX and personnel planning, and manage defined projects. Monitor KPIs including absenteeism, safety, 5S implementation, and productivity while maintaining effective collaboration across production and support functions.

The CAPA Manager coordinates corrective and preventive action processes, investigates quality issues, performs root cause analyses, and implements corrective measures. The role prepares 8D reports and technical analyses, supports audits and customer visits, manages quality improvement projects, evaluates effectiveness, and ensures compliance with regulatory and company quality standards. Cross-functional collaboration, statistical analysis, change control, document control, and data integrity are central responsibilities.

Drive growth across the EMEA region by identifying new markets, customer segments, applications, and strategic partnerships. Develop market-entry strategies, acquire new customers, build distributor networks, monitor competitive and industry trends, and lead strategic opportunities from initial qualification through commercialization. Manage the business development pipeline in CRM and collaborate cross-functionally on value propositions. The role targets pharmaceutical packaging, biotech, CDMO, distributor, and emerging pharmaceutical markets.
