Builds industry relationships, supports product and go-to-market strategy, and represents the company at customer and industry events.

Supports the Key Account Manager in growing and managing retail customer accounts. Responsibilities include store visits, product training, sales support, merchandising execution, promotions, pro events, relationship building, market feedback, product launches, and maintaining activity records. The role requires frequent field travel, strong communication and presentation skills, and coordination with internal and customer teams across multiple locations.

Assembles and packages finished modular flooring, visually inspects products for quality defects, and assists with other production tasks. Works an 8-hour third shift, Monday through Friday, in a manufacturing facility.

Manage and grow strategic retail and ecommerce accounts across North America for garage flooring products. Responsibilities include developing ecommerce sales strategies, acquiring and onboarding accounts, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, planning accounts, identifying growth opportunities, supporting product development, and coordinating with marketing and product teams. The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, communication, project management, and travel as needed.

Supports quality management systems and manufacturing quality operations by maintaining ISO documentation, controlling records, assisting audits and inspections, tracking corrective actions, analyzing quality metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement. The intern also supports quality reporting, database maintenance, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with Quality, Production, Engineering, and other departments.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving plant safety, quality, productivity, cost, equipment reliability, and throughput. Leads Lean initiatives, root-cause analysis, capital and manufacturing projects, equipment installations, reliability improvements, process validation, and continuous improvement. Provides hands-on technical support to Production and Maintenance, develops manufacturing procedures and equipment specifications, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable operational improvements.

Supports digital marketing initiatives including website content, SEO, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ecommerce listings, competitor research, AI-powered content, analytics, and product promotions. The intern will gain hands-on experience across ecommerce marketing, content creation, digital advertising, and campaign performance analysis while working with established flooring brands.
