Leads regional commercial sales strategy and revenue growth across architect and design, contractor, end-user, and distribution channels. Manages forecasts, budgets, quotas, pipeline standards, pricing, market intelligence, and strategic accounts. Recruits and develops high-performing sales teams while collaborating with operations, marketing, product, and executive leadership. Builds industry relationships, supports product and go-to-market strategy, and represents the company at customer and industry events.

Supports the Key Account Manager in growing and managing retail customer accounts. Responsibilities include store visits, product training, sales support, merchandising execution, promotions, pro events, relationship building, market feedback, product launches, and maintaining activity records. The role requires frequent field travel, strong communication and presentation skills, and coordination with internal and customer teams across multiple locations.

Assembles and packages finished modular flooring, visually inspects products for quality defects, and assists with other production tasks. Works an 8-hour third shift, Monday through Friday, in a manufacturing facility.
