Develop, test, integrate, deploy, and maintain software for underwater, autonomous, industrial, commercial, and defense systems. Build applications in C++, C#, and Python for Windows and Linux, including Qt-based GUIs. Create automated test frameworks, test plans, verification reports, and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Docker, and scripting. Troubleshoot defects, support hardware and network integration, maintain documentation, and promote software quality, secure development, automation, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Develop and maintain software for underwater vehicles, research initiatives, and engineering tools using C++, C#, and Python. Responsibilities include GUI development, software architecture, hardware and sensor integration, Windows and Linux development, networking, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, and verification. The developer collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams and contributes to project planning, code reviews, test automation, and continuous improvement.

Designs, develops, integrates, tests, and troubleshoots control electronics, firmware, real-time algorithms, software, and automation systems for autonomous and remotely operated underwater vehicles. Responsibilities include control architecture, interfaces, communications, HMI configuration, system integration, verification planning, laboratory and sea-trial testing, technical documentation, configuration control, and support for autonomous vehicle technology development.

Leads multiple complex information technology projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, budgets, stakeholders, risks, governance, consultants, contracts, deliverables, and operational transition. Establishes project standards, reporting, and governance processes; presents updates to senior leadership and steering committees; monitors project health, outcomes, and benefits; and drives continuous improvement across project delivery practices.

Lead system safety engineering activities for hardware and software across defense/marine/aerospace programs: develop SSPP, PHA, FHA, SSHA, SAR; perform hazard analyses and FTA; define safety requirements; support design/test reviews; ensure compliance with MIL‑STD‑882E and environmental standards (REACH, RoHS).

Support manufacturing of underwater acoustic systems by designing fixtures and tooling, improving production processes, reviewing mechanical drawings, creating assembly and test procedures, ensuring QMS compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturability and reliable production.

Develop clear, user-focused product documentation (operations and maintenance manuals, IETMs, training materials) for underwater systems. Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to gather technical content, incorporate diagrams and visuals, ensure consistency with standards like S1000D, follow document control procedures, and support program documentation, reports, proposals, and design reviews.
