Lead system safety engineering activities for hardware and software across defense/marine/aerospace programs: develop SSPP, PHA, FHA, SSHA, SAR; perform hazard analyses and FTA; define safety requirements; support design/test reviews; ensure compliance with MIL‑STD‑882E and environmental standards (REACH, RoHS).

Coordinate full-cycle national and international shipments, manage customs and dangerous goods documentation, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain shipment tracking and inventory movement, schedule vendor shipments, report safety/compliance issues, support program management and continuous improvement, and assist leadership with reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Maintain and enter engineering records in the ERP system, create and release part numbers and BOMs, coordinate engineering change updates, manage basic CAD libraries and ensure consistency between CAD models, drawings, and ERP records, and drive data-quality and process improvements across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; prepare and review financial statements and variance analyses; maintain accounting policies and internal controls; manage audits and compliance; support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; optimize ERP and finance systems; act as a strategic financial partner to leadership on acquisitions, contracts, pricing, and capital investments.

Lead development and execution of a Supplier Quality Management Program: assess and qualify suppliers, perform risk‑based audits, manage NCR/SCAR processes, monitor supplier performance metrics, coordinate source inspections, and collaborate with procurement and internal teams to drive supplier improvement and compliance.

Lead the Technical Publications and Product Training department to develop governance, documentation (IETMs/IETPs), courseware, and training for GTI sonar systems. Build team capability, manage roadmaps, schedules, resources, and stakeholder alignment across programs, ensuring deliverables meet contractual, quality, and operational readiness requirements.

Develop detailed electrical drawings and schematics, maintain BOMs and project documentation, support design/build/test of electronic components, collaborate with project teams, ensure compliance with standards, and assist troubleshooting.

Support manufacturing of underwater acoustic systems by designing fixtures and tooling, improving production processes, reviewing mechanical drawings, creating assembly and test procedures, ensuring QMS compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturability and reliable production.

Lead day-to-day procurement operations, manage a team of buyers/planners, ensure material availability and supplier performance, enforce procurement policies and quality compliance, coordinate with manufacturing/engineering/quality, drive process improvements and ERP workflows, and report on KPIs like on-time delivery and shortages.

Support design, assembly, testing, and documentation of marine acoustic electronics. Perform assembly/inspection of PCAs, wiring harnesses, enclosures; characterize products with lab test equipment; maintain build/test records, follow quality management and safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Lead systems engineering for underwater acoustic systems: define system requirements and architecture, create ICDs and VCRMs, manage verification and testing (environmental, functional), support sea trials and commissioning, oversee interface validation, and contribute to proposals, roadmaps, and safety/hazard processes.

Design, develop, and test winch, cable handling, and acoustic systems. Create specifications, perform simulations and testing, oversee PLC/HMI and servo motor control designs, manage project timelines and risks, maintain documentation and verification evidence, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of engineering solutions for underwater acoustic systems. Provide senior technical expertise, mentor engineers, support project planning and configuration management, manage risk and quality, liaise with clients and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage supplier relationships and full procurement lifecycle: quoting, purchase order creation, order tracking, material expediting, documentation, and cross-functional communication to meet project timelines and support continuous improvement.

Lead and deliver electro-mechanical underwater acoustic projects: plan schedules and budgets, manage and mentor engineering teams, ensure quality and compliance, provide technical oversight, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Projects may include power/electronics, firmware and controls, and mechanical/marine systems.

Manage and maintain Ubuntu multi-server lab infrastructure and hardware lifecycle in integration racks; configure and maintain network switches; develop scripts and automation; support VM environments; collaborate with software engineering, QA and IT Ops to ensure reproducible, reliable test and product environments.

Design, develop, and test electrical systems for marine winch and cable handling products. Produce detailed electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and documentation. Support build, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
