Responsibilities include assembling control panels and computers, designing schematics and PCBs, creating wiring diagrams and harnesses, selecting components, developing microcontroller firmware, preparing technical documentation, and supporting projects from concept through commissioning.

Lead complex domestic and international defence and commercial programs throughout their full life cycle. Manage customer relationships, bids and proposals, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, safety, quality, documentation, and interdependencies. Direct multidisciplinary program teams, provide guidance to project managers, lead people, and ensure contract deliverables are achieved. The role requires domestic and international travel, stakeholder coordination, compliance with security and quality procedures, and management of multi-million-dollar programs.

Coordinates project administration, finance support, subcontractor records, logistics, reporting, documentation, office operations, leadership scheduling, site access, onboarding, and meeting support. The role connects Finance, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, People & Culture, and Marketing while monitoring project timelines, maintaining records, and supporting compliance. It requires strong organization, communication, financial aptitude, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities onsite.
