Manages and optimizes a healthcare organization’s clinical application portfolio, including NextGen, Phreesia, PACS, LIS, portals, and integrated systems. Leads workflow analysis, implementations, go-live support, training, documentation, quality assurance, vendor issue management, regulatory discussions, and application improvements. Supports reporting and data maintenance while managing the clinical applications team and collaborating with clinical, administrative, financial, and technology stakeholders.

Provides high-level administrative and calendar support to the CEO, including drafting documents, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, ordering supplies, and supporting recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, and advanced Microsoft Office and Teams skills.

Provides clinical and operational leadership across ambulatory surgery centers, overseeing regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality outcomes, risk management, staffing, workflow standardization, patient experience, and operational performance. Leads and supports Nurse Managers through coaching, performance management, recruitment, and process improvement. Collaborates with physicians, ASC leadership, executive leadership, Human Resources, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, consistent, and patient-centered surgery center operations.
