Georgia Urology, P.A. Benefits Overview

Provides clinical and operational leadership across ambulatory surgery centers, overseeing regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality outcomes, risk management, staffing, workflow standardization, patient experience, and operational performance. Leads and supports Nurse Managers through coaching, performance management, recruitment, and process improvement. Collaborates with physicians, ASC leadership, executive leadership, Human Resources, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, consistent, and patient-centered surgery center operations.

Operate and maintain urodynamic equipment, prepare patients, assist clinicians with urodynamic testing and catheterization, schedule and reschedule appointments, handle specimens and supplies, lift and assist patients, and travel between nearby clinic locations as required.
