Serve as the first point of contact for post-occupancy customers, coordinate repairs and inspections, attend contractor meetings, visit homes to assess issues, track and report on defects, manage records and warranties (NHBC/New Build), gather customer feedback, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Lead strategic asset management, compliance and sustainability for a large social housing portfolio. Drive capital investment, building safety, data-led investment decisions, contractor and contract management, decarbonisation and resident engagement while leading and developing asset teams to deliver regulatory and customer outcomes.

Administer and improve Salesforce by configuring objects, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, automation, reports, and dashboards. Manage users, permissions, data imports, exports, cleansing, and governance. Support and train users, translate customer requirements into effective solutions, monitor platform performance, implement Salesforce updates, and contribute to technology-change projects and continuous improvement.

Collect, validate, and analyze environmental, energy, and carbon data across housing assets and operations. Support Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon footprint calculations, ESG and sustainability reporting, KPI dashboards, and decarbonization target tracking. Identify emissions trends and reduction opportunities, assess retrofit and energy-efficiency outcomes, contribute to business cases, maintain data quality, and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Plans and schedules routine and emergency gas repairs, maintenance, servicing, boiler installations, and engineer appointments. Manages trade colleague diaries, reallocates work during disruptions, updates systems, coordinates customer communications, resolves scheduling issues, monitors queries and email, and orders stock replenishments. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, customer service, IT, diary management, and communication skills in a hybrid social housing environment.
