Provides strategic leadership for financial and management accounting, payroll, reporting, financial controls, governance, statutory accounts, audits, regulatory submissions, and finance risk. Leads the financial reporting team, manages key external stakeholders, presents financial information to the Board and committees, and oversees accounting, tax, payroll, and management accounting managers while promoting team development and continuous improvement.

Coordinate access to residents’ homes for annual gas servicing and safety checks, ensuring statutory compliance and timely completion. Schedule appointments, liaise with residents, engineers, contractors, legal teams, and senior management, maintain servicing records, analyze compliance data, support legal injunction proceedings, and resolve access or on-site issues. The role requires housing knowledge, effective communication, conflict resolution, local travel across Bradford, and use of a personal vehicle.
