Coordinate with insurers and managed care for initial, concurrent, and retrospective authorization and review of inpatient, partial, and intensive outpatient behavioral health admissions. Obtain and monitor authorizations, proactively identify and resolve authorization issues, and help patients access benefits. Work closely with clinical and financial teams.

The Community Liaison will assist in designing and implementing business initiatives, conducting events, and maintaining relationships to advance hospital services and marketing plans.

The Dietary Aide assists in providing meals and nutritional services, cleans work areas, helps with food preparation, and ensures customer service standards are upheld.

Lead and oversee all nursing services and clinical practice for the facility. Develop and implement policies, staffing, budgets, quality and safety programs; supervise nursing leaders and staff; ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate nursing integration with medical services; manage personnel functions, training, and performance to deliver high-quality psychiatric acute care.
