The Compensation Manager manages the pay system, researches competitive markets, ensures compliance with laws, provides guidance to management, and develops budget and data presentation techniques.

Prepare federal and state income tax returns, payroll tax filings, ASC 740 workpapers, fixed asset tax records, reconciliations, QuickBooks financials, tax research, notices, and support tax planning and projects across company entities.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining HRIS and personnel files, preparing reports, managing review notifications, monitoring INS/E-Verify expirations, assisting with interviews and reference checks, and serving as a daily point of contact for employees, applicants, and supervisors.

Welds, fabricates, and repairs metal components per layouts, blueprints, and work orders using brazing and various arc and gas welding equipment. Performs equipment repairs and other duties as assigned. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, three years welding fabrication experience, valid drivers license, and clean driving record; trade school welding certification preferred.

Direct and supervise production team members, enforce GMP/SSOP/HACCP, maintain safe sanitary conditions, meet product standards and yield, complete daily paperwork, train and develop employees, drive continuous process improvements, set line objectives and monitor results.

Assist with tractor and skidsteer operation, fence building and repair, land and facility maintenance, hay production equipment operation and basic maintenance, and support cattle feeding, hauling, gathering, sorting, and shipping as needed.

Lead plant EHS strategy and continuous improvement; ensure OSHA and EPA compliance; conduct inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training; develop and implement EHS programs; supervise EHS staff and partner with plant leadership to reduce incidents and improve safety performance.

Design, deliver, and support organization-wide BI applications and data warehouse platforms. Perform data analysis, statistical and predictive modeling, and develop scalable BI solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, work with stakeholders, and manage change requests to meet project deadlines.

Direct and supervise production team members to meet product quality and yield targets, enforce GMP/SSOP/HACCP and safety procedures, complete daily paperwork, train and develop employees, and drive continuous process and product improvements on production lines.

Directs breeder department operations to ensure required hatch egg quantity and quality. Implements and monitors pullet and breeder production programs, oversees contract growers, monitors placements/moves/vaccinations/sales, reports performance and costs, and manages Assistant Breeder Manager and Service Tech team.
