Provides administrative and applicant-facing support for production-worker recruitment. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews and screenings, assisting with applications, processing employment verifications, conducting multilingual new-hire orientations, entering HRIS data, transferring documentation, and creating employee badges. The role requires bilingual communication, accurate confidential-record handling, and coordination with recruiters and facility teams.

Supervises MRO parts and support activities, including inventory accuracy, discrepancy investigation, obsolete-part management, replenishment ordering, documentation, storage, safety compliance, employee training, and coordination with maintenance personnel and purchasing staff.

An 8-week internship providing practical experience and developmental assignments across areas such as plant operations, live operations, human resources, culinary innovation, sales, finance, and agriculture. The intern supports an assigned business unit, participates in projects and community activities, assists with problem solving, and manages a departmental improvement project culminating in a leadership presentation.
