Teams at George's, Inc

Performs production accounting for poultry operations, including weekly cost, variance, volume, mix, and comparative analysis. Prepares facility reports, annual budgets, monthly and year-to-date budget analyses, production data reconciliations, and AFE documentation. Collaborates with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely production records and provides backup support for other accounting functions.

Coordinates and facilitates company-wide training programs across assigned plant locations and roles. Maintains learning and development calendars, training records, compliance dashboards, and recurring reports. Supports training effectiveness assessments and continuous improvement, answers training-related questions, and assists with delivering programs in required languages. The role requires strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and may benefit from bilingual skills and experience creating training materials or editing videos.
