Processes the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice coding, approvals, payments, vendor records, statement reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains AP transactions in Dynamics 365 Business Central, reconciles activity to the general ledger, supports month-end close, 1099 preparation, audits, and process improvements. The role also responds to vendor inquiries, maintains financial documentation, follows internal controls, and supports special accounting projects.

Administer a fully cloud-managed environment using Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, Defender, and Meraki networking. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows, macOS, and iPad devices; manage identity, access, MDM, provisioning, patching, endpoint security, ticketing, documentation, and asset lifecycles. Collaborate with an MSSP and internal teams while delivering responsive onsite and remote support, participating in a limited on-call rotation, and maintaining ITIL-aligned service practices.
