Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows, macOS, and iPad devices; manage identity, access, MDM, provisioning, patching, endpoint security, ticketing, documentation, and asset lifecycles. Collaborate with an MSSP and internal teams while delivering responsive onsite and remote support, participating in a limited on-call rotation, and maintaining ITIL-aligned service practices.
