Own customers' technical success from integration to production: run discovery, integrate Geordie with customer environments, build demos and POCs, triage technical issues, run pre-sales with AEs, and feed product insights back to engineering while producing documentation and integration guides.

Execute enterprise-focused marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline via ABM, executive events, customer advocacy, partner marketing, and account-based campaigns. Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships to measure commercial ROI, create playbooks, and improve campaign execution to drive revenue.

Generate top-of-funnel pipeline through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn and creative outreach; research target accounts; collaborate with AEs and SEs; use AI tools; maintain CRM discipline; contribute to SDR playbook and iterate outbound motions.

Build and improve a cloud-native platform for enterprise AI agent visibility and governance. Work closely with customers and teammates, ship daily, refactor systems, contribute to technical direction, and participate in on-call support.
