Own relationships with EMEA enterprise customers, leading onboarding, implementation, support coordination, renewals, expansion, forecasting, and advocacy. The role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with commercial account management and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Support, Technical Account Management, Product, and Engineering. The successful candidate will adapt and improve customer processes, maintain accurate CRM records, run executive business reviews, and represent customer needs internally.

Build and lead Geordie's finance function end-to-end: financial planning, forecasting, cash management, reporting, treasury, and compliance across UK and US entities. Drive commercial finance, unit-economics analysis, quote-to-cash processes, and fundraising support while implementing automation and AI to scale a lean finance team.

Own post-sale technical relationships for enterprise accounts: lead onboarding, integrations, escalation management, adoption tracking, renewals/expansion, documentation, and cross-functional advocacy while building TAM processes at an early-stage AI agent governance startup.
