Supports HUMINT and counterintelligence operations through collection management, source operations, all-source analysis, targeting, intelligence reporting, operational planning, and interagency liaison. Provides J2X staff support, briefs military and interagency leadership, manages source validation and IIR processing, advises field collection teams, and ensures compliance with Intelligence Oversight, domestic restrictions, and HUMINT tradecraft standards.

Direct and optimize multi-domain ISR assets, coordinate cross-cueing and dynamic re-tasking across aerial, ground, and maritime platforms, synchronize intelligence collection, and support operational center reporting. Present findings and recommendations to decision-makers, brief operational stakeholders, and work rotating shifts supporting 24/7 missions. Requires recent ITC certification, military ISR experience, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Manage Sensitive Compartmented Information programs, SCIF accreditations, personnel and industrial security processes, visit authorization requests, access packages, waivers, classified material shipments, security databases, and classification reviews. The role requires maintaining compliance with DoD, USAF, DIA, and JAFAN security standards while supporting personnel, visitors, and special access programs.
