Assist the Lead Teacher in managing classroom activities, support student learning, and maintain communication with students and families. Participate in staff development and adhere to school protocols.

Plan and deliver blended Science and Social Studies instruction aligned to state standards; use data-driven practices (TAP) and ongoing assessments; collaborate with special education staff; communicate with parents; manage classroom behavior; attend meetings and school functions; integrate technology to drive achievement.

Support students in a Time Out Room by enforcing classroom rules, providing individual and small-group tutoring, tracking progress with data, creating learning plans, communicating with teachers, students, and families, and maintaining a positive online learning environment. Participate in staff development and meetings and ensure security of computer equipment.

Plan and deliver blended instruction in science and related subjects for grades 7–8, assess student progress, communicate with parents, collaborate with special education staff, manage classroom behavior, integrate technology, and participate in staff meetings and school functions.

Oversee student welfare, discipline, and attendance; coordinate security and community relations; manage student complaints; and counsel students, working closely with the principal and staff.

Support lead classroom teacher by providing individual and small-group tutoring, maintaining classroom rules and student behavior, assisting with individual learning plans, monitoring and communicating student progress, participating in staff development and meetings, and securing classroom technology.

The Classroom Assistant supports the Lead Teacher, assists students academically and behaviorally, and collaborates with staff to foster a positive classroom environment.
