Communicates with students, families, teachers, and administrators; may substitute for the teacher when requested. Participates in staff development and meetings while helping maintain a positive, achievement-focused student culture.

Supports the lead teacher with classroom management, student behavior, online learning, tutoring, individualized learning plans, academic progress tracking, and communication with students, families, teachers, and administrators. The assistant may substitute for the teacher when requested, helps maintain a positive academic culture, secures computer equipment, participates in staff development and meetings, and performs other duties assigned by school leadership.

Supports the lead teacher with classroom management, student tutoring, individualized learning plans, academic progress monitoring, online learning culture, communication with families and staff, and student behavioral expectations. May substitute for the teacher when requested, participate in professional development and staff meetings, and help secure classroom technology and equipment.

Provide targeted math intervention for grades 3–5 through small-group and individual instruction, progress monitoring with standardized assessments, data-driven goal setting, lesson planning, collaboration with teachers and parents, and participation in professional development and school events.

The Classroom Assistant supports the Lead Teacher, assists students academically and behaviorally, and collaborates with staff to foster a positive classroom environment.
