Plan and deliver 3rd-grade math instruction using blended learning aligned to state standards; assess and track student progress, prepare students for assessments, communicate with parents, collaborate with special education staff, attend meetings and school functions, manage classroom behavior, and participate in TAP coaching and data-driven instruction.

Lead and manage all academic, operational, and community functions for a college-and-career-focused high school. Recruit, train, evaluate staff; ensure compliance with state graduation and School Performance Score metrics; implement TAP/TLaC and blended learning; coordinate with college partners to schedule college coursework; drive enrollment, discipline, culture, and grant/charter compliance while reporting to GEO leadership and the Board.

Classroom Assistants support Lead Teachers, assist with student tutoring, maintain classroom culture, utilize data for student progress, and communicate with families.
