Support the principal in school leadership, staff supervision, student discipline and attendance, scheduling, recruiting, community engagement, event coordination, facility oversight, and policy implementation to promote student achievement and school culture.

Provide frontline IT support to students, parents, and staff: troubleshoot and repair Chromebooks and Windows PCs, manage user accounts, set up computers/printers, maintain inventory and tech rooms, use a ticketing system, and deliver courteous customer service including occasional after-hours or non-routine duties.

Support students in a Time Out Room by enforcing classroom rules, providing individual and small-group tutoring, tracking progress with data, creating learning plans, communicating with teachers, students, and families, and maintaining a positive online learning environment. Participate in staff development and meetings and ensure security of computer equipment.

The Classroom Assistant supports the Lead Teacher, assists students academically and behaviorally, and collaborates with staff to foster a positive classroom environment.

Support lead classroom teacher by providing individual and small-group tutoring, maintaining classroom rules and student behavior, assisting with individual learning plans, monitoring and communicating student progress, participating in staff development and meetings, and securing classroom technology.

Provide daily administrative support to school leadership and staff: manage phone calls and visitors, handle attendance and PowerSchool entries, assist with enrollment, mail distribution, HR/accounting coordination, and general office tasks as assigned by the principal.

Provide targeted numeracy interventions for K-8 students through one-on-one and small-group instruction, assess progress with standardized and curriculum-based tools, set data-driven goals, collaborate with teachers and parents, submit lesson plans and data weekly, model best practices, participate in professional development, and support school-wide programs and testing administration.

Assist the Lead Teacher in managing classroom activities, support student learning, and maintain communication with students and families. Participate in staff development and adhere to school protocols.
