Supports the lead teacher with classroom management, student tutoring, online learning, behavioral expectations, academic progress monitoring, and individualized learning plans. Communicates with students, families, teachers, and administrators; may substitute for the teacher when requested. Participates in staff development and meetings while helping maintain a positive, achievement-focused student culture.

Supports the lead teacher with classroom management, student behavior, online learning, tutoring, individualized learning plans, academic progress tracking, and communication with students, families, teachers, and administrators. The assistant may substitute for the teacher when requested, helps maintain a positive academic culture, secures computer equipment, participates in staff development and meetings, and performs other duties assigned by school leadership.

May substitute for the teacher when requested, participate in professional development and staff meetings, and help secure classroom technology and equipment.
