Assist the Lead Teacher in managing classroom activities, support student learning, and maintain communication with students and families. Participate in staff development and adhere to school protocols.

Plan and deliver blended Science and Social Studies instruction aligned to state standards; use data-driven practices (TAP) and ongoing assessments; collaborate with special education staff; communicate with parents; manage classroom behavior; attend meetings and school functions; integrate technology to drive achievement.

Support students in a Time Out Room by enforcing classroom rules, providing individual and small-group tutoring, tracking progress with data, creating learning plans, communicating with teachers, students, and families, and maintaining a positive online learning environment. Participate in staff development and meetings and ensure security of computer equipment.
