The Classroom Assistant supports the Lead Teacher and helps maintain a positive learning environment, assists students with academic success, and communicates frequently with staff and families.

An Ancillary Teacher plans and implements a blended learning environment, supports special needs students, and collaborates with staff for student success.

Plan and deliver 3rd-grade math instruction using blended learning aligned to state standards; assess and track student progress, prepare students for assessments, communicate with parents, collaborate with special education staff, attend meetings and school functions, manage classroom behavior, and participate in TAP coaching and data-driven instruction.
