Teams at GEO Academies

Manages accounting and budgeting for Louisiana charter schools, including journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, depreciation, audit schedules, annual operating budgets, and LDOE reporting. Requires collaboration with school leaders and the Accounting Officer, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, confidentiality, and experience with GAAP, governmental accounting, education, and federal grants.

The Classroom Assistant supports the Lead Teacher, assists students academically and behaviorally, and collaborates with staff to foster a positive classroom environment.
