Leads global industry engagement supporting commercialization of agricultural biotechnology. Builds relationships with senior stakeholders across the pork and food value chain, represents the company at industry forums, monitors market and policy trends, and translates stakeholder intelligence into strategic recommendations. Develops engagement plans, executive briefings, thought leadership, and partnerships while coordinating cross-functional activities and strengthening confidence in emerging technologies. The role is remote in the United States and requires approximately 50% domestic and international travel.

Leads global integration, governance, coordination, and commercialization readiness for PIC’s Pig Resistant Product program. The role aligns cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, tracks decisions and commitments, maintains governance tools and reporting, and supports market expansion across regions. It requires strong stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience managing complex strategic programs in global or regulated environments.

Supports supply chain operations for the PICTraq system, including farm and customer setup, user assistance, data verification, pedigree data processing, certificate production, and error resolution. Coordinates certificate requests with ANAS, supports farms during DOP/PDO audits, prepares documentation for invoicing, and assists customers with system usage. The role requires fluent Italian, professional English, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and occasional domestic and international travel.
