Lead month-end close activities, manage inventory reserves, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, support audits, provide financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic decisions, develop reports and dashboards, collaborate cross-functionally, implement controls and process improvements, and train/document processes for staff.

Designs, implements, and administers base and sales/variable compensation programs. Partners with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, IT and payroll to translate sales compensation requirements into scalable system solutions, performs market and data analysis, manages documentation, supports compliance, drives ad-hoc and special project analyses, and mentors junior compensation staff.

Lead development and execution of pricing strategy across channels and categories to drive profitable growth. Own margin and profitability performance, implement pricing governance, and develop pricing models and automation. Provide commercial insight, support eCommerce pricing initiatives, and build a high-performing pricing team while partnering with Sales, Category, Supply Chain and Finance.
