Designs and maintains data models, semantic layers, Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, DAX measures, and reporting solutions. Partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, supports data governance and quality, develops forecasting and automated reporting tools, and assists with system upgrades, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement. The role requires clear documentation and effective communication across business functions.

Coordinate national promotional campaigns, marketing collateral, B2B digital content, loyalty initiatives, trade events, and customer activations. Partner with Sales, Merchandise, Operations, and Digital teams to execute campaigns across print, digital, and in-store channels. Analyze campaign performance and customer insights while contributing to brand growth, customer experience, and marketing strategy.

Manages a portfolio of past-due customer accounts, conducts collection calls, negotiates payment arrangements, resolves billing disputes, and documents account activity. Responds to customer inquiries, provides invoice and payment information, monitors aging reports, and coordinates escalations to Legal and internal teams. The role supports cash-flow improvement, maintains audit-ready records, follows credit policies, protects sensitive financial information, and meets collection and account-resolution performance targets.
