Supports corporate accounting through journal entries, payroll accounting, account reconciliations, banking transactions, cash forecasting, cash application, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role also assists with ERP implementation and optimization, process automation, internal controls, audit requests, and financial analyses while maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, qualification, meeting scheduling, pipeline development, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and documentation. The role requires making 80+ daily calls, meeting sales metrics, achieving revenue goals, and using Salesforce.com and Salesloft to manage opportunities and activities.

Produces accurate invoices across multiple entities and billing types, validates billing documentation, submits invoices through customer portals, resolves disputes, manages credits and rebills, and prepares compliance-driven billing reports. Analyzes rejection and dispute patterns, identifies upstream data defects, documents billing procedures, supports ERP transitions, and uses AI-assisted extraction and review tools while verifying all outputs.
