The Clinical Account Executive manages and grows client accounts through hybrid engagement, focusing on relationship building and consultative selling of diagnostic services.

Process and analyze patient microbiology samples, monitor QC, maintain instruments, report patient results, adhere to laboratory safety, and work with biohazards and chemicals. Requires relevant degree or MLT certification and successful color vision testing.

Drive new business and expand market presence for a clinical diagnostics lab within an assigned territory using a hybrid field/remote model. Prospect, close, onboard, and grow accounts, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally to support implementations, deliver provider training, attend trade events, and meet territory revenue and growth targets.

The Lab Assistant I prepares samples for testing, receives specimens, labels, performs data entry, and assists in routine lab operations. Tasks include maintenance of lab equipment and adherence to safety protocols under supervision.

Assist the Technical Supervisor with daily departmental operations, quality control, personnel management, troubleshooting, assay performance, inventory, procedure updates, and reporting to ensure accurate, timely molecular testing and regulatory compliance.

Maintains financial records by processing payrolls and vendor invoices, completing bank reconciliations, and assisting with financial close activities.
