Provides executive support to the CEO and leadership team, including calendar, travel, communications, meeting follow-up, and confidential information management. Owns France office administration, facilities, vendors, HR operations, HRIS administration, policies, onboarding, and employee records. Plans team culture initiatives and cross-functional forums, supports company-building projects, identifies operational improvements, and assists with the CEO’s LinkedIn presence.

Supports Genomines’ executive office, business development, and HR activities. Responsibilities include deploying AI workflows, creating SOPs and training materials, monitoring industry and competitor developments, managing partnership projects, conducting market and competitive analyses, preparing strategic presentations, assessing projects, supporting commercial initiatives, implementing HRIS workflows, coordinating recruitment pipelines, and documenting HR processes.

Conduct plant biotechnology research involving nucleic acid isolation, molecular biology, plant tissue culture, Agrobacterium or biolistic transformation, and mutant characterization. Prepare molecular resources, maintain cultures, execute rigorous protocols, optimize experimental processes, track multiple projects, and support biotech team operations. The role requires a PhD, postdoctoral biotechnology experience, strong molecular biology expertise, precision, organization, teamwork, and the ability to perform large-scale experiments.

Manage daily laboratory operations, infrastructure, equipment maintenance and calibration, safety procedures, regulatory compliance, waste handling, GLP adherence, SOPs, inventory, procurement, storage, and documentation. Coordinate with R&D and production teams, department heads, vendors, facilities, and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with EU and French regulations. Fluency in French and English is required.

Coordinates information flow between the CTO, R&D, and Operations; prepares reporting, briefings, trackers, and operational updates; monitors techno-economic indicators, pilot status, regulatory timelines, and IP matters; represents the CTO at operational sites and executes delegated follow-ups. The role requires accurate reporting, sound judgment, confidentiality, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to operate effectively without formal authority.
