Drive B2B sales in France for LED signage and architectural lighting products. Responsibilities include prospecting, customer acquisition, account growth, sales-cycle management, territory planning, commercial negotiations, forecasting, product presentations, partner training, project coordination, and achieving revenue and margin targets. The role requires French and English fluency, strategic account planning, stakeholder management, and experience selling B2B solutions. It is home-based with customer and field-event activities.

Manage regional sales in the Netherlands: build relationships with customers, distributors and specifiers; develop business plans for accounts; maintain CRM records; track market trends and competitive offerings; understand lighting applications and provide periodic sales forecasts for assigned territories.

Manage EU operations staff (shipping, receiving, supply chain planning, production technicians); enforce SOPs; monitor and replenish inventory; document shipments and sales; create inventory and adjustment reports; process and track purchase orders; perform other assigned operational duties.

Provide high-level support to the President & CEO: act as first point of contact, manage complex calendars, arrange travel, handle expense reports and event planning, oversee daily office operations and supplies, and perform personal assistant tasks as required.

Manage client relationships and daily customer service operations for LED lighting customers. Resolve escalations, oversee and train service reps, collaborate with sales, logistics and internal teams, produce executive reports and quarterly business reviews, and manage a client portfolio to improve satisfaction and retention.
