Design, build, test, maintain, and debug reliable software features and systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, and performance improvements while following established architecture and development standards. Work independently on defined tasks, communicate progress and trade-offs, and use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve coding, debugging, documentation, and testing workflows.

Leads finance business partnering for central functions, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end review, management reporting, variance analysis, investment governance, scenario modeling, and value realization. Advises senior and C-suite stakeholders, identifies financial risks and opportunities, supports Board reporting, and provides analysis for business decisions and process improvements.

Manage end-to-end Colombia payroll processing, benefits enrollment, tax-related returns, compliance, controls, and employee support. Maintain accurate payroll data across Workday and payroll systems, coordinate with external providers and internal People, Finance, and tax teams, and support year-end procedures, global mobility, equity vesting, system improvements, and payroll-related projects.
