Coordinates civil engineering, contracting, project integration, and end-user requirements; tracks project status; develops planning documents and cost estimates; maintains Gantt-chart schedules; prepares weekly activity reports; and follows Air Force Civil Engineer instructions.

Manage engineering and construction projects across multiple disciplines at NASA Langley. Lead teams, define scope/budget/schedule, ensure deliverables, control project performance, evaluate staff, and perform occasional in-house design project management while following safety procedures.
