Supports GIS data creation, editing, cleanup, maintenance, QA/QC, standardization, and map product development for NASA Johnson Space Center facilities and utilities. Collaborates with field surveyors and external parties to transform and integrate data, creates story maps and dashboards, and edits data in a branch version environment. This temporary role requires three years of GIS experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and U.S. continental location.

Procures commercial, high-tech, custom, and service items within approved thresholds. Establishes competition, evaluates vendor proposals and pricing, maintains vendor records, coordinates purchasing activities, prepares purchase orders and subcontract documentation, monitors deliveries, administers wage information, and manages procurement and subcontract files through completion. Requires U.S. citizenship, six years of relevant experience or equivalent education, Microsoft Office proficiency, a driver’s license, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Leads planning, design, construction, and renovation efforts for an Air Force F-22 training-unit beddown program. Coordinates civil engineering, contracting, project integration, and end-user requirements; tracks project status; develops planning documents and cost estimates; maintains Gantt-chart schedules; prepares weekly activity reports; and follows Air Force Civil Engineer instructions.
