Manage engineering and construction projects across multiple disciplines at NASA Langley. Lead teams, define scope/budget/schedule, ensure deliverables, control project performance, evaluate staff, and perform occasional in-house design project management while following safety procedures.

Design and run laboratory flume experiments on bridge scour, prepare test setups and CAD models, collect and analyze hydraulic and sediment-transport data using advanced sensors, manage research projects end-to-end, and produce FHWA reports and technical publications to develop improved engineering methods and design tools.

Support and enhance Enterprise GIS within the ESRI ecosystem: design, develop, test, document, and release low/no-code applications; gather requirements; manage multiple application projects; integrate systems and troubleshoot production issues; coordinate data conversions and compatibility; evaluate software packages; and create and maintain metadata.
