Support and enhance Enterprise GIS within the ESRI ecosystem: design, develop, test, document, and release low/no-code applications; gather requirements; manage multiple application projects; integrate systems and troubleshoot production issues; coordinate data conversions and compatibility; evaluate software packages; and create and maintain metadata.

Plan and lead wind tunnel test programs including scheduling, data acquisition, analysis, documentation, and team coordination. Perform routine engineering tasks, apply standard techniques and computations, evaluate results, identify facility/process improvements, and present technical findings.
