Own and optimize G10 Fulfillment’s Salesforce environment, including Service Cloud, case management, Flow automation, security, integrations, data quality, reporting, releases, governance, and user enablement. The role translates business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoots platform and integration issues, supports testing and deployments, reduces technical debt, and improves operational workflows across fulfillment and business teams.

Oversees daily operations across fulfillment locations, including warehouse management, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, customer service, budgeting, safety, staffing, and process improvement. Establishes performance metrics, implements operational policies, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages departmental leaders, and ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective business processes. The role also handles hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee discipline while traveling between facilities as needed.

Performs cycle counts, location audits, inventory reconciliations, and WMS adjustments to maintain accurate warehouse inventory. Investigates variances, identifies root causes, tracks defects, supports physical inventories, prepares operational reports, and participates in continuous improvement activities. The role also requires documentation, associate coaching, safety compliance, and authorized operation of material-handling equipment.

Own the month-end close, including close scheduling, journal entry and reconciliation review, financial statement preparation, GAAP compliance, and internal controls. Oversee AP, AR, cash application, payroll compliance, lender reporting, audit and tax coordination. Provide accounting staff guidance, improve ERP processes, and use AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate close activities.
