Oversee daily and strategic warehouse operations across inbound, pick/pack, labeling, batch, and VAS/B2B. Manage staffing, prioritize workflows and expedited orders, monitor SLAs and OPH, coordinate with ICQA, pull ShipBob reports, resolve exceptions, and support weekly business reviews.

Execute cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments using WMS/RF tools. Investigate variances, support physical inventory events, report metrics, coach associates, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
