Perform daily trade reconciliations and post-trade activities, investigate trade breaks, manage invoice reconciliations with exchanges and clearing firms, oversee position/trade/cash transfers, develop and optimize tools and analytical models, liaise between traders, clearing firms, accounting, and vendors, and manage ad hoc projects to improve automation and workflow.

As a Junior Discretionary Trader, you'll gain hands-on trading experience with mentorship, focusing on futures markets and trading strategies. The role includes performance-based compensation and requires a passion for learning in a competitive environment.

Manage Linux infrastructure and optimize system performance. Build automation pipelines, monitor system health, and collaborate with networking teams.
