Prepare profit and loss and cash flow forecasts, liquidity plans, profitability models, KPI analyses, FX exposure assessments, and financial reports. Monitor advertising credit lines and project liquidity, coordinate with legal and treasury teams on entities, contracts, bank accounts, and currency needs, and advise the business on process optimization and value creation.

Own email marketing end to end, including selecting and implementing the ESP, configuring deliverability, launching lifecycle and transactional flows, running A/B tests, and building revenue-focused reporting. Collaborate with product, analytics, and design to develop targeted campaigns based on user behavior and cohort data. This role builds the email channel from scratch and focuses on retention, rebilling, cancellation prevention, and recurring subscription revenue.

Own and scale the global Google Ads acquisition engine from $100K to $1M+ monthly spend while maintaining profitable ROAS. Responsibilities include auditing and rebuilding campaigns, optimizing the full conversion funnel, forecasting budgets, collaborating with the CEO on growth and P&L strategy, and independently managing Google Ads, GTM, analytics, and attribution tracking.
