Teams at Genesis

The In-House Creator films, produces, and edits authentic video of Genesis robots, labs, engineers, founders, launches, and deployments. They create recurring social formats, publish platform-native short-form content, manage camera, lighting, audio, and editing, and maintain a searchable footage library. The role also establishes capture guidelines, reviews footage for technical accuracy and confidentiality, and collaborates with the Social Media Manager to deliver frequent, premium brand content.

Own Genesis’s social presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Create and edit short-form lab and field videos, translate robotics research and model-training work into accurate technical content, support founder-led posts, engage researchers and open-source contributors, coordinate launches, review footage and data rights, and use analytics to improve audience quality and engagement.

Leads the global supply chain for a complex electromechanical robot from prototype through high-volume production. Owns supply chain strategy, make-versus-buy decisions, supplier and contract manufacturer relationships, cost reduction, capacity, risk, quality, logistics, systems, and production transfers. Builds and manages the supply chain organization while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, and executive leadership. The role is onsite in the Bay Area and includes international supplier travel up to 40%.
