Requires effective multitasking, communication, decision-making, and the ability to learn software applications quickly.

Provides phone and chat-based customer support for orders, promotions, shipments, products, and returns. Resolves inquiries using software applications, protects customer information, collaborates with internal teams, and meets service, quality, attendance, and productivity metrics. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, typing, and conflict-resolution skills, along with flexibility for schedule bidding and performance-based expectations.

Leads digital sales strategy, channel performance, profitability, and daily operations across marketplaces, partner eCommerce sites, and drop-ship channels. Owns channel roadmaps, forecasts, pricing, promotions, retail media, inventory, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution. Uses performance data to identify opportunities and risks, manages key digital partners, and leads and develops the digital sales team to achieve revenue and margin goals.
