Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure and network strategy, operations, and modernization across on‑prem and cloud environments. Oversee availability, security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, vendor contracts, automation, 24x7 support, compliance, and a team of infrastructure/network engineers while driving metrics, roadmaps, and cross‑functional alignment.

Lead the Batching and Fermenting department, manage production teams and schedules, drive safety, quality, continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), SOPs, KPI reporting, budget oversight, and equipment reliability to meet production targets.

Lead all strategic and operational functions of the Rancho Cucamonga beverage manufacturing site, delivering safety, quality (BRC AA+), operational efficiency, cost savings, sustainability (TRUE Zero), P&L performance, and a high-engagement culture through Lean practices and continuous improvement.
