Supports commissioning, capital projects, vendor coordination, technical documentation, training, startups, shutdowns, and urgent plant issues.

Leads consumer product innovation for Health-Ade, from trend identification and concept development through commercialization, launch, and activation. Coordinates cross-functional teams across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Insights, Design, Legal, and Regulatory. Develops business cases, evaluates consumer and market data, manages project risks and timelines, and supports product storytelling, retailer presentations, experiential marketing, sampling, and influencer programs.

Leads commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, and retail customers. Develops customer, channel, product, go-to-market, category, assortment, pricing, promotion, and brand strategies. Uses syndicated data, shopper insights, and internal metrics to identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, support joint business planning, and influence retail execution. Partners cross-functionally on category reviews, innovation initiatives, competitive responses, and customer planning.
