Supervise QC personnel and monitor production and product quality to ensure compliance with specifications, GMP, HACCP and food safety programs. Oversee training, calibrations, inspections, sanitation, CIP, pest control, investigations of non-conformance and customer complaints, and maintain quality records.

Lead Mid‑Atlantic sales strategy for Generous Brands, driving net revenue, gross margin, and profit. Manage major account plans, negotiate contracts, develop new business, provide analysis and forecasts, implement marketing programs, and maintain cross‑functional relationships to achieve sales targets.

Support plant engineering by managing small-to-medium capital projects, troubleshooting equipment, overseeing utilities, conducting root cause analyses, improving preventive maintenance, analyzing production data, and mentoring teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
