Lead the Batching and Fermenting department, manage production teams and schedules, drive safety, quality, continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), SOPs, KPI reporting, budget oversight, and equipment reliability to meet production targets.

Manage creative projects from intake through delivery across multiple CPG brands: prioritize requests, protect timelines, track resources, coordinate print/packaging production, maintain asset/version control, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership to ensure timely, on‑budget creative execution.

Lead all strategic and operational functions of the Rancho Cucamonga beverage manufacturing site, delivering safety, quality (BRC AA+), operational efficiency, cost savings, sustainability (TRUE Zero), P&L performance, and a high-engagement culture through Lean practices and continuous improvement.
