Oversee RV customer loan origination and approval, present protection and financing products, finalize transactions, prepare required documentation, maintain performance reports, and partner with sales management and lending institutions. Recruits talent across 23 locations and subsidiaries by sourcing, evaluating, selecting, and hiring candidates. Advises hiring managers, develops university recruiting pipelines, prepares job offers, serves as a talent subject matter expert, and uses recruiting tools and emerging technologies to improve candidate quality and productivity. The role also includes other assigned HR duties and requires strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and independent teamwork skills.

Coordinates RV delivery preparation by translating sales and customer expectations into work orders, verifying recalls and warranty issues, creating documentation packets and service files, communicating delivery updates, and completing work orders promptly. Collaborates with sales and service teams, maintains storage records, updates systems, and ensures accurate, timely processing. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, customer service ability, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license.
