Own the complete RV sales process, including product selection, customer consultations, negotiation, closing, lead follow-up through a CRM, and coordination with Finance. Build long-term customer relationships, provide tailored recommendations, maintain product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service. Organizes and prices contracts, corrects pricing and commissions, processes aftersales payables and receivables, prepares remit sheets and check requests, maintains schedules and reports, processes vendor refund checks, and updates contracts in Menu Metrics. The role requires accurate document handling, communication across the organization, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, attention to detail, organization, reliability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Oversee customer loan origination and approvals, present finance and protection products, coordinate transactions with sales management and lending partners, maintain performance reports, complete required paperwork, and ensure fast, compliant financial closings. Build customer and lender relationships while identifying suitable financing solutions and supporting a high-performing dealership finance team.
