Leads a large software engineering organization responsible for vehicle development deliverables, application architecture, product development, quality, scalability, and engineering processes. Manages three people leaders and twelve individual contributors, provides technical and strategic direction, removes roadblocks, develops talent, and collaborates cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams. Drives innovation, best practices, and organizational initiatives while overseeing software architecture, development, testing, and technology adoption. The role requires 10% domestic travel and supports 100% telecommuting.

Leads paint shop process engineering across a three-shift manufacturing operation. Manages process engineers, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, equipment uptime, quality compliance, ISO 9001 readiness, paint launches, trials, and continuous improvement. Serves as the technical authority for automation, controls, paint processes, and OPEX initiatives while supporting production targets, cost reduction, and operational stability.
