Coordinates AV fleet service operations, maintenance, repairs, retrofits, technician assignments, training, inventory, tooling, and site readiness. Tracks work orders, risks, dependencies, fleet readiness, and completion evidence across multiple sites. Partners with technicians, engineers, suppliers, Fleet Management, and reliability teams to resolve issues and improve standardized service processes. Supports safe post-collision return-to-service workflows and readiness for software-defined vehicle architectures.

Creates and maintains technically accurate illustrations for military and commercial technical publications. Converts CAD, engineering models, schematics, photographs, and other source data into line art, exploded views, wiring diagrams, system graphics, and publication content. Collaborates with technical writers, engineers, technicians, and customers; applies military and publication standards; performs reviews and validation; manages configuration and graphic archives; and supports structured XML, IETM, service information, and parts-catalog workflows.

Leads and mentors unionized hourly teams during second-shift sheet-metal fabrication and assembly operations. Plans production, allocates manpower, manages schedules, monitors safety, quality, cost, responsiveness, and environmental goals, and coordinates with maintenance and production control. Uses CAD and manufacturing execution tools for laser cutting, punching, bending, and welding. Troubleshoots equipment, improves uptime, supports TPM and continuous improvement activities, addresses quality issues, coaches leaders, and reports shift performance to area management.
