Source candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels; conduct high-volume phone screens; manage pipelines in Ashby; maintain candidate engagement; and represent the employer brand. The role requires physician recruiting experience and favors telehealth recruiting, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, low-structure environment.
