Own and evolve consumer-facing patient journeys including onboarding, search, booking, pricing, and follow-up. Define roadmap, ship 0->1 features, run experiments, analyze product metrics, and partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable, polished experiences across virtual and in-person care.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles. Partner with hiring managers, build AI-enabled sourcing pipelines, manage Ashby pipelines, conduct screens and coordinate interviews, track recruiting metrics, and maintain high candidate experience.
