Leads the Paducah uranium enrichment plant from construction and commissioning through full operations. Responsibilities include staffing and developing the workforce, establishing safety and performance culture, overseeing operations, maintenance, engineering, regulatory compliance, and business functions, managing NRC authorization activities, setting production and financial strategies, and coordinating with regulators, customers, community stakeholders, and corporate leadership.

Lead the company’s IT function, overseeing enterprise platforms, core infrastructure, systems administration, security, uptime, scalability, monitoring, automation, and change management. Work cross-functionally with electrical, controls, software, nuclear, chemical, and manufacturing engineers. Use laboratory instrumentation to troubleshoot real-world embedded systems and contribute to reliable production equipment.

Administer the company’s document control and records management programs to ensure compliance with NRC 10 CFR Part 70 requirements. Maintain document integrity, version control, metadata, approvals, retention schedules, and controlled-document registers. Partner with Quality, Operations, and Engineering, support audits and NRC inspections, improve procedures, and evaluate automation tools for document routing and retention. Serve as the records custodian and ensure accurate record disposition.

Design and operate high-throughput data pipelines, streaming services, time-series storage, and industrial data historians for sensor telemetry in test and production systems. Ensure reliable ingestion without data loss, define data architecture and schema standards, improve operational reliability, and support visualization and analytics teams. The role includes debugging, root cause analysis, engineering standards, and collaboration across controls, test automation, and visualization functions in safety-critical, 24/7 environments.

Supports business development through customer and partner coordination, pipeline and contract tracking, meeting preparation, action-item follow-up, proposal and briefing-material development, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, engineering, finance, and leadership. Responsibilities include systems administration, infrastructure design and deployment, uptime, security, performance optimization, automation, monitoring, change control, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers, business units, vendors, and management. The role supports physical and virtual Windows environments, authentication systems, networking, and mission-critical enterprise systems.

Design and maintain high-performance real-time dashboards, HMI/SCADA interfaces, streaming UIs, and post-processing tools for high-throughput sensor telemetry. Define visualization architecture, rendering standards, testing practices, and operational best practices. Establish scalable processes for experimentation, evaluation, production handoff, and team development while communicating progress and tradeoffs to leadership.

Own hardware reliability through accelerated life, component, and reliability demonstration testing. Develop test plans, determine sample sizes and durations, analyze life and field data, conduct Weibull and statistical analyses, and lead failure investigations. Build reliability models including FMEA/FMECA, fault trees, and reliability block diagrams. Partner with test, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive corrective actions, design-for-reliability practices, reliability metrics, and a scalable reliability test capability.

Mechanical Engineering Interns will design, prototype, test, and optimize mechanisms and mechanical structures supporting uranium enrichment technology. Responsibilities include participating in the product lifecycle, evaluating hardware through thermal, vibration, shock, and durability testing, analyzing test failures, developing mitigations, and collaborating with electrical, software, manufacturing, nuclear, materials, and physics engineers. Interns will gain hands-on experience bringing hardware from concept through production.

Design and own enterprise systems architecture across ERP, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, analytics, identity, integrations, data flows, and hosting. Lead ERP selection and full-cycle implementation architecture, define APIs and ETL/ELT integrations, establish data governance and system-of-record ownership, and design secure data movement across environments with differing sensitivity. Translate enterprise roadmaps into target-state architecture, mitigate technical risks, and guide integration engineers, administrators, analysts, and implementation partners.

Electrical Engineering Intern supporting the design and coordination of power, lighting, low-voltage, medium-voltage, grounding, backup, and electrical distribution systems for industrial and mission-critical facilities. Responsibilities include BIM modeling, load calculations, circuit analysis, panel schedules, construction documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and workflow automation using Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, or C#.
